I had some local delay in getting my machine ...no fault of the Vendor. My interaction with Michelle Chen the agent was excellent. She guided me every step patiently. Even up to now after getting my machine they still message to support .My machine came as advertising said...25 Trays and in good packaging. Works well ...tried it with sweetpotato, and Peppers so far ..Excellent results...experimenting still with a few more items...would definitely recommend this supplier.

I ordered 10x10mm for my restaurant. It is pretty good product for small size and amount of vegetables but not for big amounts. Hope the entrance is bigger than now. I will use for home cooking not for my restaurant.
